How do I decide between getting a grazing table or grazing platters? 

Generally, grazing tables are ideal for groups of 30 or more. Here are the differences: 

Grazing Boards/Boxes: Some may find this option more flexible for both budget and style of execution; These are beautifully done and dropped off you. This option certainly doesn’t lack any style or quality. Large Classic Graze platters: serve 10-15 people. 

Grazing Tables: This option is strongly recommended for parties over 40 people and would include:  

Graze YYC staff coming onsite approximately 2 hours before the event to set up a visually stunning table filled with all of the high quality and visually exciting ingredients listed above. However, we would style the table with props, foliage, unique & hand-crafted serving pieces and other decor suited to your color and theme, if desired. All of these elements vary in height and depth which, comes together to create a real "wow' presentation. Includes delivery, set up, napkins, cheese knives, food picks, table linens and use of props.  

 

Do you do weddings? 

Yes! We have catered cocktail receptions, midnight snack tables, morning or day of tables and platters as well as: bridal showers, gift openings and next day bridal boxes for wedding parties. We love weddings! 

 

Do you set up the tables? 

Yes! All tables are set up and styled by Graze YYC staff we need approximately 2 hours to set up the tables and styles them before guests arrive. 

 

Are you AHS approved? 

Absolutely! 

 

Can you customize tables to fit themes and/or color themes? 

Yes! We always try to accommodate colors and themes. Sometimes certain flowers or additional props are requested that may be an additional fee. 

 

Do you have gluten-free options? 

Yes! We have prepared several boards and platters with plenty of gluten-free breads, crackers and other treats to accompany the normally gluten-free meat, cheese, fruit and veggie selections. 

 

Can I have some of my own food to accompany your table? 

Yes!  clients have requested to add in food items of their own such as a soup or salad which, can stand alone. Sometimes we are able to incorporate into the table. Most clients find it easier to choose from our add on menu to add more variety. 

 

How much notice do you need to book? 

As much notice as possible is always best. We have some clients booking dates for 2020. Headcount and menu options can always be adjusted up until 10 days prior to your event leaving flexibility and peace of mind knowing your date is reserved.
